XX/XX/22 vehicle purchased through XXXX repossessed by Bridgecrest. Car purchased XX/XX/22. Vehicle not repossessed for non payment but because paperwork incorrectly completed at the dealership. Drive time the seller of the vehicle states they called and sent notices. Bridgecrest the finance company acting as debt collector did not. Spoke with several representatives from both XXXX and Bridgecrest stating contradictory information. Bridgecrest stated contract invalid at sale but is trying to maintain rights, XXXX wont null and void the contract because they say it is proper. Tried to have Bridgecrest waive the reinstatement fee because it was a XXXX paperwork error. They refuse and even though payment offered on XX/XX/22, same day, third party repo company states they can not release vehicle within a day. These companies not only have unethical and possibly illegal and unclear business practices they have now also contributed to emotional stress and lost wages.
