This is my final attempt before taking this matter to court and suing Equifax for false reporting and false investigating. Because of my most recent complaint and attempt to have the bankruptcy listed on my credit report removed, Equifax sent me a letter " confirming '' their investigation ... again siting XXXX as their source who provided the information. I have been dealing with this since XX/XX/2022. I have now attached the letter Equifax sent me siting XXXX dated XX/XX/2022. I have also attached my COMPLETE XXXX consumer report. Every single page has been attached and you will clearly see that NO bankruptcy is listed. You will see my name, date of birth and last 4 of my social on the XXXX report, I also included my ID as proof of identity along with my social security card. I also singled out page 27, showing you I am clear of judgements, liens and bankruptcy. BUT you still have access to the complete report as well. Again this is the final chance for your company to rectify this mistake before I hire a lawyer and sue for false reporting.
