On Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX my son received a call, on HIS cell phone, from D & A Collection Services. They asked for my son and then stated they needed to speak to me. My son asked who they were and they refused to give any of their information. Only saying it was regarding a debt I owed. I had NOT received ANY written or oral communication from this company at this time. I still have NO clue what debt they claim I owe. In XXXX this company called my cell phone was very rude and demanded to speak to me FYI Could not even say my last name and only has a part of my info. They stated they needed information from me regarding a debt. I asked what debt and this is where things turned even more nasty. We ended in a screaming match and me informing them to NOT contact me OR anyone on my behalf again. If they would like to address a debt they should follow the rules and send a letter. On XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XXXX I received a terrible call from some very rude person from this company. The phone call immediately deteriorated into a screaming match with this guy taunting me. I did contact an attorney after the call to my son and that was where I learned of the scrub lists. This man was out of line rude yelling taunting me over my birthday. He kept screaming he sent me letters. They never have, I even checked the USPS delivery notifications to see if maybe it got lost before it got to my home. IT was NEVER sent to me. They were told NOT to call me or anyone else again. SEND A LETTER.
