On XX/XX/22 - RoundPoint Mortgage sent me a letter stating that my mortgage will be transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They also cancelled my autopay with RoundPoint mortgage that was supposed to withdraw funds on XXXX. That is very little time for me to act so I can avoid a late payment. I don't even have information regarding fifth third bank and my payment is due on XXXX. That is gross negligence setting so tight limits. How can they send me a mortage transfer notice XXXX days before the payment is due and stop the autopay? This is unacceptable and improper treatment of customers.
