I sent out a letter around XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, Trans Union and XXXX here is my tracking numbers # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, however it's been more than thirty days and the credit bureaus failed to send my investigation back verifying the accuracy of these accounts and from who we're they getting there information from as verifiable proof that these accounts are mind. Also my credit file was breached twice with XXXX two in both of their major breaches in XXXX and again XXXX and I have yet to hear from them regarding financial or credit remedy to their breach of my information and the possibility my personal information is on the dark web as life lock has suggested. According to the law 5 U.S. Code-s 1681i- procedure in case of disputed accuracy, if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer 's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute the agency shall free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate. If it is shown to accurate provide the direct information from the original creditor as well as what company/agency this information is coming from. They also must record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the items from the file ASAP in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the thirty day period beginning on the date on which the agency received the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.
