I received an email from AFFIRM on XX/XX/20 that my autopay failed. I called twice to find out what the autopay fail was and that it would be researched. Each representative told me that they are not allowed to know this information so now i am receiving payment overdue notices and i am worried about negative credit reporting. They also stated that the problem could be on their end so i feel like Im being harassed for a payment that I know would go through since i have plenty of money in my account and can provide statements as proof. I also contacted my bank who does not show any payment fails to my account. I have worked autopay before and i know the ACH system will provide a reject reason but i am not getting any cooperation from AFFIRM to let me know what the issue was.
