After purchasing my 2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2022, I did not receive my title for more than two months. At that point, I received a " title for registration purposes only '' in the state of XXXX After relocating to the state of XXXX in XXXX, I was told this title was unacceptable for registering my vehicle, which is my only mode of transportation. I formally submitted a request via mail to Hyundai Motor finance the second week of XXXX. Since then, I have called upwards of 10 times in an attempt to get through to the title department to determine when my title will be sent to the DMV in XXXX so I can register my car. I have had success getting through one time in the beginning of XXXX and was told my transfer was " in process '' but it is my responsibility to continue following up to ensure the transfer goes " smoothly. '' At this point, on XX/XX/XXXX, the DMV has still not received my title and I can not legally drive my car.
