Klarna Dispute Resolutions I have waited patiently for someone to take this case seriously. XXXX 's Order no : XXXX. I have provided documents receipts from XXXX showing that I paid {$620.00} for a 30 in Smooth Surface Convection Oven on XX/XX/XXXX on the one time card ending in XXXX. Order number XXXX, invoice XXXX. Yes, I did enter the amount XXXX however your website assure customers if your purchase is for a lower amount on the one time card. No worries- youll only be billed for what you end up using. Payments will be automatically updated 14 days after purchase to reflect the amount spent on Klarna one-time card. Well in my case that did not accorded, I am still being billed for the full amount. Yes, my payment is on pause until this can be dissolved. I have provided the telephone number to XXXX and I also provided names of supervisors that helped me with the ordeal at XXXX. I dont have a problem paying however I only want to pay for want I spent a Lowes on this One time purchase, The receipts are very clear of the payment and its taken a whole month. Agents are asking me to contact XXXX. This isnt a XXXX problem, this is a Klarna glitch in the system and no one is helping with this case.I want to make sure that my Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT is paid in a timely manner. This ordeal started on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX {$840.00} on a Klarna one time card. Stove arrived damaged on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX and I called XXXX to get the 25 % discount on the damaged item. XXXX refund XXXX ending in XXXX {$840.00}. So I had to reissue another card Loan ID : XXXX which the Klarna system refused to process saying payment was too small of a payment. I canceled this card immediately. That is when I placed the third one time payment for {$880.00} card ending in XXXX to pay XXXX for this item ( stove ). This whole process has been a nightmare. If you review all the details, XXXX starting XX/XX/XXXX. Maybe this could help the process. If you need to call XXXX please call them at which I provided the number that is on the receipt. If you need to address me please call me at XXXX. Emails are not good for me because I dont see the email until two days afterwards. I have also included 20 pages from XXXX and with all details on this case. The payment was placed on pause while they looked over the information I provided several times, I have address agent XXXX and XXXX through email only, with no success. I received a email today they are adding an additional charge for outstanding balance on this order is {$880.00} including interest of {$7.00}. Which this payment is on pause how are you charging interest. Thank you
