In XXXX of this year, ( 2022 ) I checked my credit, and the balance was XXXX. I was concerned because I had paid the balance off. However, I was paying each balance a few times a month so I would not have a large balance. In XXXX ( 2022 ), the account XXXX showed the same balance of {$270.00}. I tried to log into my online account, however, it was having technical difficulties. I tried on other computers and the same result of not being able to log in occurred. I started to be concerned because of having this problem before when I called the company on the telephone to make a payment a while ago. I checked the XXXX for the company and discovered that some individuals had be charged interest on a {$0.00} balance. I was hoping this would not happen to me. I did not know what to do.
