I am currently a day trader and have every legal right to access my funds. I have XXXX locked in Venmo for reasons they have not explained. I have verified my identity with the company and yet they have not granted access to my remaining balance. I have contacted the company numerous times starting on XX/XX/2022. They say they can not give any further information out because that is not in their department. Please help me resolve this matter as fast as possible.
