In early XXXX I had a XXXX point drop on XXXX and it was created by a XXXX error and it was corrected at that time my Equifax was fine however it dropped by the XXXX points today and they can not verify with this or assist as they dont see it. I have a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX verifying this was an error on XXXX and this should be corrected in all systems including Equifax. I need to make sure this corrected with Equifax and the call centers are not able to assist. I would like some assistance in getting his corrected.
