On XX/XX/2022, I checked my TRANSUNION Credit Report that is linked, XXXX : XXXX XXXX to my XXXX XXXX Bank Account. To my surprise, TRANSUNION is falsely, inaccurately reporting and sabotaging my reputation, by reporting on my Credit Report that, I have 2 recent XXXX XXXX BANKRUPTCIES. This devastating fraudulent inaccuracy is saying that I filled BOTH of these BANKRUPTCIES on XX/XX/2022. I ASSURE YOU THAT, I HAVE NOT FILLED NOT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX BANKRUPTCIES on XX/XX/2022. My husband and I are in the process of getting ready to purchase a home. After our Realtor was made aware of this falsely, inaccurately reporting and sabotaging my current reputation, she immediately said this would be an issue, because I couldnt have any RECENT BANKRUPTCIES less than 2 years on my Credit Report in order to possibly move forward in the purchasing of our first home. DO TRANSUNION HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THIS HAS DONE TO ME! I literally have been XXXX ever since my Realtor stated that to me. I was so devastated over this, I didnt even go out of town with my Family and to celebrate my Aunts Birthday with her, because theres a STRONG possibility that my husband and I wont get the home we have our eyes on, due to this FALSELY AND INACCURATELY REPORTING. So, the home that my husband and I have our eyes and hopes on of purchasing, may possibly be purchased by other buyers, due to TRANSUNION FALSELY AND INACCURATELY REPORTING THIS ON MY REPORT. Now, I spoke with XXXX XXXX on Friday, XX/XX/2022 about this FALSELY and INACCURATELY reporting on my TRANSUNION Credit Report they share with them. And I was told by XXXX XXXX that they ( XXXX XXXX ) did have anything to do with this. All they do is provide us ( MEMBERS ) a free access to our Credit Report provided, by TRANSUNION.
