In XXXX of XXXX, I disputed a Bankruptcy reporting on my XXXX and TransUnion Credit Reports. I disputed this item, which in turn they replied with a letter stating that the information was obtained from The United States Bankruptcy Court District of Massachusetts. I called the called the court house to confirm their response and they stated they DO NOT and DID NOT provide information like that to the credit bureaus and sent me a letter reinforceing that statement. I XXXX of XXXX I sent a a second letter disputing the bankruptcy to XXXX and TransUnion confirming that the response was a fabrication and that they DID NOT receive the information from The United States Bankruptcy Court District of Massachusetts, along with the letter they courts sent me. More than a year later, I have yet to receive a response from the credit bureaus and the bankruptcy remains on my credit reports.
