I have been trying to get them to fix the personal information on my credit report. I have gotten a copy of my credit report and it is showing that I have a bankruptcy on all three of my credit reports, I have asked them to verify this information. Which if they could not very or validate this information. Which this was on XX/XX/2022. I got a response back from them saying it had been verified it through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX So, I sent a letter to the courts asking if they reported to the Credit Bureaus? They sent me a letter back stating that they do not report to them. Which was on XX/XX/2022 I turned around and sent that letter back to them asking them to remove the inaccurate information at once, that they were breaking the law. Which was XX/XX/2022 I then got a letter back from Transunion stating they had validated it again and would not remove it that they applauded me for trying to fix my credit. That they are here to help me fix it. If that was true, then why are they keep breaking the law? Which I received that letter XXXX XX/XX/2022 Which I still have not got anything from the other two Credit Bureaus XXXX Which then again, I sent the letter to show proof to the Credit Bureaus, that they in fact lied about it and that they were breaking the law with the Fair credit act. along with countless others and warned them that I would file a complaint with the CFPB as well contact the FTC to file a complaint. Which they have not removed this from credit report. Which that letter was sent along with the proof from the Courts on XX/XX/2022.
