I have disputed accounts with trans union and asked them to confirm that the accounts theyre reporting are legitimate in the sense that the proof of debt actually exists with proof of itemized invoices or receipts for the services rendered that I am subsequently being charged for. I have yet to see any proof but the company continues to claim that the disputes are resolved but that the consumer disagrees They are in violation of the fair credit reporting act and they are also slandering my name and goodwill status within the community and causing punitive damages stemming from their false reporting habits.
