account number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FTC report number : XXXX I have taken the decency to report there Fraud perpetuated against me to the federal trade commission. above this sentence I have provided the report number for further clarification. the account number listed above is a open end consumer credit account. They have restricted me, The natural person and federally protected consumer, my right to my own credit. I came to the table with the credit. I am the person extending the credit in the transaction so it really makes no sense what so ever to me how the 2nd or 3rd party, could have a say so in what I do and how I sue my own right, which in this case is credit. this is out right discrimination. I came to the transaction with the intention of extending my credit to this corporation or financial institution, and they instead have taken my credit application and monetized the credit application and in turn retuned to me a monthly payment and a credit limit. again they have restricted my access to my own credit, my own right! pursuant to 15 USC 1602g, clearly states who the original creditor is. yes it is indeed true that after my application for credit, the financial institution does indeed become a creditor, but they do not become the original creditor. Any forms fabricated from this fictitious corporation indicating other wise is a violation of 15 USC 1611- Criminal liability for willful and knowing violation, which has criminal penalties before the civil penalties are paid also pursuant to 15 USC 1640 - civil liabilities indicates that any damages I received because of this fraud shall either be XXXX per violation or it will be any amount indicated by me on said invoice. I am the original creditor, the natural person, federally protected consumer is the only person that can extend credit and create debt. the fact that XXXX XXXX is legitimately
