My account was compromised & with that being known by the financial institution & my account is still locked. I dont understand this. I have no transportation to go to the bank but they have no reason to not fix ny account and give me access to it if its comprised and the rightful owner is here with proof. The fact that I told them it was compromised the situation shouldve been handled as in my account fixed & returned in good standing now I have no account to receive deposits or do normal things!
