My identity was stolen, someone opened with XXXX XXXX XXXX an account in my name and take out a loan, I reported the fraud, they investigated, and come to conclusion that the loan name and soc sec is mine therefore is not a fraud, and I am responsible for the loan payment, the bank never provided me with a copy of id used to open the loan or a copy of the signature page. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never tried to cross examine my address and picture id with the one on file. During the investigation period the thief made a payment which never raised concerns whom he is where the money comes from under middle of the investigation period. I seen it on my credit report, when I brought it to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fraud Departments attention, I was told that they aware is not me paying and they still investigating my case. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fraud Investigations Manager closed my fraud report without resolving the case. and I still have the fraudulent at this point delinquent loan on my name. With a thief using that account. I need help to resolve this issue of the identity theft and fraud.
