I am submitting this CFPB Complaint to request CALIBER HOME LOANS, IN to remove the lat payments from my accounst bewing reporting on my Credit Report. I have kept a good paying history with you. I noticed a late payment on my credit report AND IM NEVER LATE. I typically have my account on automatic but misunderstood how the online system worked. Im asking as a long-time customer to please remove the late payment. My family and I have been through a lot since one of my family member got sick and we are finally getting back on our feet and this late payment is bringing us back down.
