Someone has been trying to get XXXX XXXX cards in my name for years and they will not take the inquires off my credit report. I have been disputing my inquires with them for years I have been sending my dispute letters to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where all 3 credit bureaus say to send disputes. After calling XXXX XXXX dispute department they say I have been sending letters to the wrong department and that I need to dispute the inquires with the 3 credit bureaus. The address I was supposed to be sending disputes to is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told by the XXXX XXXX employee. XXXX XXXX credit card applications are confusing some say they will not affect your credit and and some dont mention that they will do a hard credit pull. The 2 XXXX XXXX credit card applications that I applied for business credit does not state anywhere that they will do a hard inquiry on your personal credit. I look for the fine writing and I can not see it anywhere on the application even though they say it is there, the place where they ask you to put your social security number they only say it is for identification purposes only it says nothing about a hard credit pull. You shouldnt have to read a book or search for something that can lower your score. That should be in big bold letters on all applications so a customer is well informed because some applications dont affect your credit but they are from the same company and you can not tell them apart.
