On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to Equifax asking them to investigate some inaccurate accounts on my credit report and I have not heard back from them. They have not responded in nearly 2 months and I am very frustrated because this is not the first time I have tried. I also tried to get it fixed by contacting the furnisher directly and they did not resolve it, instead they told me to contact the credit bureau which I already did that. This company willingly violated the FCRA by not completing their investigation in 30 days and they never provided any results.
