In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to report accurate information on my credit report impacting my overall credit score. Multiple times I have contacted XXXX XXXX, Experian, XXXX and XXXX to verify the accuracy of the account being reported and they have stated that the information being reported is accurate. In 2019 I received a Cancellation of debt for 1099-C for the amount of debt discharge of {$6900.00}. XXXXXXXX XXXX reports on Experian a total balance of {$8400.00}. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction. Experian, XXXX and XXXX has failed to do a proper and accurate investigation and has validated the accuracy of an account that is not accurate.
