I have 1 name XXXX XXXX XXXX I have 1 address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fl XXXX I want all other names on my calendar edit file removed I want any addresses other than the one listed here on my report I want them removed. I have tried to no avail to get my name fixed on my credit file I have submitted copies of my DL and SS and still they have not corrected my name. Equifax has had my name I. Several breaches and just recently admitted to not putting correct information on consumers credit report. I want my name corrected and address and for my name not to be in another breach with any credit bureau.This is in violation of my rights and fair credit reporting act. This is my final resort contacting your office to help me fix this matter
