I got a call that seemed like a scam. Caller asked for someone and I denied being that person because I am no longer married and had my name restored to my maiden name. In the final document it recorded as " Now Known As '' not " Also Known As '' so I told the caller the truth. But I thought it best to follow up and look at my credit rating. This hard inquiry cost me a point on my score and I request it be restored and the hard inquiry cleared. I called XXXX, finally got a human being on the phone. I relayed my problem and I was told to begin a complaint with your organization.
