I have identified information on my consumer credit file that is a direct result of identity theft. These items on my consumer report are not related to any transactions authorized to be placed on my consumer credit file. My privacy rights have been violated. There are variation of account numbers and incomplete, variations of balances. My Social Security number, my date of birth and other sensitive information has been compromised by all three major credit reporting agencies which include Equifax, XXXX and XXXX all three agencies have had data breaches. I have disputed with all the three major credit reporting agencies only to be denied. On XX/XX/2022 my credit score plummeted over XXXX points. This company ( XXXX ) has been on my consumer account with these inaccuracies. It has cost me a great deal of grief, money, time and stress. It has affected my health, credit score has decreased, for years I have been denied credit, denied employment, denied housing opportunities and loans.
