THIS IS MY 5TH COMPLAINT Pursuant to 28 CFR 74.11 ; the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act and 5 CFR 1315.4 This is your notice of default and opportunity to cure. I have Acima app downloaded and it is not recognized me as a user as if i do not have an account and was logged out automatically when the account became closed.. I obviously dont have access. Acima customer services DOES not speak English and have a very hard time understanding.
