I WOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ADVISED THE PAYMENT MADE WAS OK I LATER RECEIVE A LETTER FROM COLLECTION AGENCY SAYING THEY WAS IN CHARGE OF THE ACCOUNT YET I LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND SCHEDULED THE PAYMENT AS AGREED BY THE AGENT I CAN NOT PAY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THE COLLECTION AGENCY AT THE SAME TIME FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT THIS IS TRULY AN ERROR IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO ME THEY ARE DOING THIS TO MANY OTHER CARD HOLDERS MAKING ERRORS ON THEIR ACCOUNT AND SENDING THE ACCOUNT TO AN AGENCY AND STILL HAVE THE ACCOUNT OPEN RECEIVING MONEY NOR ADVISING THE CUSTOMER THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED OR IS GOING TO CLOSE.
