My student loans are still reporting with a balance and it should be reporting zero. They update my credit on the XXXX of XXXX saying I have a balance when in reality it showed that my balance is XXXX in their side. I reached out to them asking why they report that I still have a balance, and they said it does not show any balance. They also said that they update reports at the end of each month and sent me a letter stating it was paid. I sent this letter to the credit bureau disputing the current balances being reported, and they verified it as accurate. Why are they reporting that information was verified and it wasnt. If it was verified theyd report the loan as XXXX
