Recently I tried to apply for a car loan but to my surprise I was denied because of false inaccurate reports on my consumer report. I have acquired a copy of my consumer report on XX/XX/2022 and to my surprise TransUnion was reporting FALSE INACCURATE information to my consumer report by marking an account in collections as " open '' and by having inaccurate balances. On XXXX I disputed This inaccurate information with TransUnion nicely asking to remove the account for negligence and for violating my FCRA rights under 15 USC 1681 ( a ). 15 USC 1681 ( b ), 15 USC 1681e ( b ), 15 USC 1681e ( e ) ( 2 ), 15 USC 1681a ( d ) and TransUnion is currently RE-AGING this account which is a violation of FCRA sec.605. On XX/XX/2022 TransUnion responded by saying this account is " verified as accurate ''. How is this account verified as when TransUnion has not verified the ACTUAL date of last activity and XXXX has the real " date of last activity '' THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND ILLAGAL UNLESS TRANSUNION CAN SUMBIT MY PAYMENTS RECIPTS FOR THIS ACCOUNT. PLEASE REVIEW MY CONSUMER REPORTS FROM DATES OF XXXX TO SEE TRANSUNION HAS NOT VALIDATED THIS ACCOUNT AND HAS BEEN VIOLATING MY RIGHTS UNDER FCRA SEC. 605 RE-AGING DEBT!
