THIS CONCERNS MY FINANCIAL LIVELIHOOD, AS XXXX, XXXX, AND TRANSUNION ARE OUT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE FEDERAL CARES ACT. IT IS EVIDENT FROM MY CREDIT HISTORY THAT I PAY ALL MY OBLIGATIONS ON TIME. SUDDENLY, IN THE MONTH OF XXXX, DEFAULT BEGAN DUE TO ILLNESS WITH XXXX. PLEASE SEE PROOF OF POSITIVE ILLNESS ATTACHED. UNFORTUNATELY, MY RECOVERY TOOK MONTHS, LEAVING ME OUT OF WORK FROM XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. THE CARES ACT, WHICH WAS SIGNED INTO LAW ON XX/XX/XXXX, ACT AMENDS THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( FCRA ) TO STOP ADVERSE CREDIT REPORTING DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS, ( SEE 15 U.S.C. 1681S-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( F ). RATHER THAN WORKING WITH ME AND COMPLYING WITH THE RECENT FEDERAL LAW WHICH SPECIFICALLY SATES, THE FURNISHER MUST REPORT YOUR ACCOUNT AS CURRENT TO THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES, SO LONG AS YOU WEREN'T ALREADY DELINQUENT ON PAYMENTS RADICAL AND HARSH DELINQUENT REPORTING BEGAN. SABOTAGING MY HARD WORK AND FINANCIAL STANDING IN THE BANKING/FINANCIAL COMMUNITY. I WOULD LIKE FOR ALL NEGATIVE MONTHS CURRENTLY REFLECTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT BY THIS INSTITUTION TO BE CORRECTED TO EACH OF THE THREE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. EVERY NEGATIVE MONTH REPORTED SHOULD REFLECT * ( NO DATA ) * OR * ( ND ) * FOR EACH MONTH A PAYMENT UNDER THE CARES FCRA WAS UNACCOUNTED FOR, DUE TO JOB LOSS FROM MY BATTLE WITH XXXX WHICH NEARLY TOOK MY LIFE. I AM BACK IN THE GAME AND I AM ATTEMPTING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION AS I AM IN GOOD HEALTH AND NOW HAVE A STABLE EMPLOYMENT.
