This is in regards to my last complaint XXXX Equifax failed to provide me with all documentation that I requested to show proof of investigation. I asked Equifax for validation showing documentation with any of the inquiry accounts bearing my wet ink signature authorizing an inquiry. Equifax also failed to provide documentation giving my consent to publish this information without my consent. If they did the proper investigation and contacted me before publishing they would have known I did not consent to any of these inquiries. Equifaxs reasons for putting these inquiries on my consumer report do not have anything to do with the laws previously stated in my original complaint. I would like to remind Equifax of XXXX XXXX XXXX Information Solutions Inc ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Equifax Information Services LLC ( XXXX XXXX These consumers won their case against the bureaus due to not conducting a reasonable investigation of the dispute of the consumer, instead just took the debt collectors word. I have faith that your establishment will do the right thing and not have to follow in these steps again. If you do not provide proof the inquiries are valid through my wet ink signature then DELETE the information from my report. I expect a response within XXXX days.
