CMRE FINANCIAXXXX YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW! This is a warning notice to the alleged wrongdoer of such debt : which you are a debt collector because you are simply attempting to collect a debt. Well multiple alleged debts. I noticed I have been violated pursuant to the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ). There is evidence of the use of abusive, deceptive and unfair debt collection practices. Until you can provide me with documentation stating that I gave you my authorization and request to release my personal and medical information/records, I demand that you block and cease collections on the following accounts from my consumer report. -CMRE FINANCIAL XXXX {$65.00}, {$74.00}, {$74.00}, {$100.00} These violations have caused numerous injuries to my life. Under the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 ( HIPAA ), I reserve the right to private, personal and medical records from all third party reporting agencies and collection agencies. According to 15 USC 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ) I am involving my specified remedies as a consumer and I am demanding all of the following : Provide proof of a contract between CMRE FINANCIAL and I Stop all negative reporting scribing to all consumer reporting agencies Remove and block all negative reporting activity XXXX out balance Remove any late payment reports Need a Full audit trail For each violation I would like to be compensated {$1000.00} You are civilly liable. If I dont receive a response that will result in additional violation to the FDCPA. This letter is a request for validation and remedy for violations continuing to report this medical debt without properly validating and providing me proof of permission is a validation of the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ). You have 15 days to respond to this request or this alleged debt will be considered invalid and the demand for removal from reporting to the credit reporting agencies will be required!
