On two separate occasions I deposited checks into my account via mobile deposit. I was told part of my funds would be available next day. Instead my account was out in a negative status. When I called Wells Fargo I was told the checks were fraud. When I confirmed the checks with the maker I was told the funds and Check was valid and no fraud issues were detected. I called Wells Fargo and give them this information that my funds should be available and the maker confirmed the checks were good. On both occasions Wells Fargo denied releasing the funds and has no legal reason to do so. I feel this treatment is a result of Racial discrimination
