Midland Credit Management is collecting on behalf of XXXX. I had a conversation with someone in XXXX that informed me that all of their representatives are based in XXXX. I do not want someone in a foreign country having access to my information or my wife 's information. The account is in my wife 's name, they have called me about it numerous times. I have told them numerous times that I ONLY want U.S. based representatives contacting us or having access to that information. They have refused.
