Consumer Narrative

Since I am a Pell Grant recipient, I will be eligible for {$20000.00} forgiveness based on Mr. Biden 's policy. I requested a student loan payment refund from Edfinancial last Wednesday, XX/XX/2022. One of the representatives was able to set it up for me ; however, they do not provide any confirmations or acknowledgment that my request was set up. In addition, the timeline IS EXTREMELY SLOW, which can be more than 150 days. Compared to other loan servicers, this is unacceptable.
