on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a letter regarding my dispute i open with them on the incorrect balance they stated i owe of {$2400.00}. on XX/XX/XXXX i sent in require information of the update lease i last sign with my landlord at the time. the last lease i sign with XXXX XXXX XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX with me and my daughter listed. My rent was {$0.00}, ( i live on a base income apartment ) I made a phone call to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX trying to get this resolve and settle, she stated she never look into the information that was sent in by me she sent it over to the client that stated my balance was correct. she also stated she can not help me and that she do not work for me and she was over talking me, it was a lot of over talking each other. I also tried to resolve and get a better understanding on the balance that was submitted that they stated i owed i contacted XXXX. XXXX today XX/XX/XXXX she stated that she could not give me a break down of the amount that they stated i owe them she also hung up on me with stating for me to not call back.
