Consumer Narrative
I have been trying to apply for a loan mod for _____180__ days, and was told I had a complete file XX/XX/XXXX and that I would have a response in 30 days. Then on XX/XX/XXXX they told me that you needed to submit additional documents this was the first you had heard that anything was missing as they did not send you a written notice that the file was incomplete. They are holding up my other application for emergency funds which then holds up my loan mod as well. The mortgage company also does not reply to my emails and has a history of telling me one thing via phone then telling me something exactly.
