Navient has said that they can't settle the loan but can they at least settle it at an amount that I can at least pay $ XXXX monthly especially now that I am unemployed and looking for work. It would help so much financially, if I could get a settlement of permanent pay per month that won't rise each year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
