Hello there, I got a mail on the date : XX/XX/21 saying that I purchased an insurance policy from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and saying that I owe them XXXX so I called them and let them know that wasn't me I never had a car at that time. I told them, that someone, fraudulently purchased that insurance under my name, I reported it to the police and I gave them that police report. but still, they are not realising from. that debt.
