Hello, My name is XXXX. I am writing again in reference to the fraudulent XXXX XXXX account on my report. I just spoke with two representatives who identified themselves as supervisors, XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX ( XXXX ). They both advised that when I sent my complaint through CFPB that my FTC report was not attached to my complaint and they have no record of it. I have already sent in my I.D and social security card and it was confirmed Equifax has received it so I will now attach yet another copy of this FTC report. Please remove this fraudulent XXXX XXXX Account from my report. Thank you
