Recently I tried to apply for a car loan but to my surprise I was denied because of false inaccurate reports on my consumer report. I have acquired a copy of my consumer report on XX/XX/2022 and to my surprise Ad Astra Recovery Services was reporting FALSE INACCURATE information to my consumer report. On XX/XX/2022 I disputed This inaccurate information with Ad Astra Recovery Services nicely asking to remove the account for negligence and for violating my FCRA rights under 15 USC 1681 ( a ). 15 USC 1681 ( b ), 15 USC 1681e ( b ), 15 USC 1681e ( e ) ( 2 ), 15 USC 1681a ( d ) and Ad Astra Recovery Services is currently RE-AGING this account which is a violation of FCRA sec.605, and also fraudulent. PLEASE REVIEW ALL MY CONSUMER REPORTS FROM DATES OF XXXX TO SEE Ad Astra Recovery Services HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY AND FRAUDULENTLY RE-AGING THIS ACCOUNT UNLESS THEY CAN PROVIDE THAT I HAVE MADE PAYMENTS IN THESE TIME FRAMES.
