I submitted a complaint to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau on XX/XX/XXXX against Experian Credit Bureau. They have yet to respond to any complaint and are completely ignoring the laws in regards to consumer reporting and are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. 15 USC 1681B clearly states the consumer must provide written consent for anything added to their consumer report by any reporting agency. I did not give any agencies this consent, this includes any vendor who they got this information from. Also they have yet to provide me with a contract that has my signature where I consent to them sharing this information. I also received a request from Experian compelling me to give out my Social Security Number which is a violation of the Privacy Act of XXXX. Which means they obtained all information through identity theft. That is also a violation of 18 USC1028A aggravated identify because they used my name without my consent. They are also falsely reporting late payments.15 USC 1666b clearly states a consumer credit transaction can not be listed as late for any reason. Please review 5 USC 552A in concerns to the law for reporting information on individuals. Also at least XXXX agency has deleted both fraudulent accounts so again they are reporting inaccurate. I demand they correct it. I have submitted several complaints against Experian Credit Bureau for constant violations of consumer law. In response they removed 1 of the fraudulent accounts but left the other. They both were added through unlawful methods and both should be removed the same. Not only are you reporting false information you are reporting it illegally. Please provide me with a copy if the contract I singed agreeing for you to furnish this information or delete the account immediately. Also XXXX XXXX international has no authority to verify this debt as they stole my identity, please provide me with the contract where I authorized them to share that information or delete the account immediately. Please provide me with all documentation in regards to my investigation or delete the account. Any and all parties who you are allegedly verifying this debt from stole my identity. You are also reporting inaccurate information such as late payments which is a billing error. The fraudulent accounts have both been deleted by another consumer reporting agency so once again they are displaying false information. If the other agency could not verify this debt how could Experian? The account I am speaking of is : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Total fraud account. You have been notified of the fraud and have 4 days to remove it by law. 15 USC 1681 C-2
