I have a loan for a Hyundai XXXX I purchased on XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX. I moved to XXXX state and need to register my vehicle in XXXX I completed Hyundai Motor Finances title transfer online as well as had the local XXXX XXXX fax a request for the transfer on XX/XX/XXXX. The website says to allow for XXXX business days. It has now been XXXX and I am being told that it could be another XXXX business days. I am unable to register my car as required by law because of the delay. Customer service has said there is no way to contact the title department and I must just wait. I called on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. There are no notices or warnings that there is a delay or any process to expedite title services when the lack of title renders the car unusable and violates state law.
