I have been working with the company XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and have been making payments to them for help in repaying XXXX XXXX XXXX at a lower cost. On XX/XX/XXXX, a Cease and Desist letter was sent to XXXX XXXX on my behalf. I have attached the communication. After the letter was sent, I would receive emails from XXXX XXXX but no other communication. Around XXXX of XXXX, I started getting nonstop calls from XXXX XXXX requiring I contact them. They have also contacted my workplace, along with friends and family, repeatedly. On Monday, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a Notice of Legal Recourse to XXXX XXXX. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I am still receiving multiple phone calls. I am working with XXXX XXXX XXXX to reduce the debt I owe and make sure that I am repaying what is owed. Harassing phone calls will not make me get money any faster it may cause me to lose my job and wages.
