On XX/XX/22, at about XXXX p.m., I received a message on my phone asking if I was on the phone with them and I answered NO.. At about XXXX a.m., I checked email and was informed that my email was changed. I immediately called and was told nothing was changed. On XX/XX/22, I received a text saying my charge at XXXX for XXXX was approved. Again I immediately called and was told my whole account profile had been updated and a new was sent to the new address. I informed them tthat I DID NOT change anything, and a fraud investigation was started, and a new card with a new number was sent to me. On XX/XX/XXXX, a letter was attached to my account saying that it was not fraud and I was responsible for the charge. I again called on XX/XX/22 and complained again. Again the charge was removed and then put back on my account the same day.. I have had this card for over 15 years and have NEVER shopped at XXXX This is a Capital One mastercard and case number is on attached files..
