I was approved for an Avant card in XXXX of this year. The company has since locked my card without cause and I am unable to use it. They are still reporting the account each month on my credit. When I contacted the company for more information I am told to email utilities bills and other personal information. After doing so I am told to send more emails to different departments and no resolution has happened. This has been only for 180 days.
