Date Incident Occurred : XX/XX/XXXX The Debt Collector : St Louis Loan/PH Financial Services LLC This debtor did not give me a written notice or receive pre-authorization to run an debit/ACH from my checking account TWICE in one day. I called the company to see why they had did the double withdrawal from my account and her reason was because I did not answer my phone ( it was off, I can obtain proof ) she said " if it goes through for the payment due the due date ( XX/XX/XXXX ), we push through another payment for any past due payments ( XX/XX/XXXX ) '' meaning if I were behind 3 payments she would have ran 3 different debit/ACH 's on my account which is highly illegal. Since I was only behind 1 payment when on the due date she ran 2 debit transactions on my account for payment due and past payment due. The company did not ask to rectify by sending payment back. I had to call my bank and authorize a stop-payment on this merchant/debtor and have the 2nd debit transaction reversed. The company called me approximately XX/XX/XXXX letting me know they had received the STOP-PAYMENT request and the reversal claim from my bank and told me I would not be able to obtain a loan with them ever again without authorizing them to ACH from my account. She also asked me to cancel the reversal claim with my bank ( because they could not dispute the claim ) it was not authorized and they had no oral or written authorization from me. She then threatened me calmly about garnishments that could potentially be sent to my place of employment.
