In XX/XX/2022, I was contacted by mail by three companies seeking to collect the same debt. First Financial Asset Management/First Financial Investment Fund III LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX written communications seeking to collect the same medical debt. It can not be legal that three companies can collect the same debt. I have disputed this debt with all three companies. I have called all three companies. XXXX XXXX XXXX specifically told me they had lawyers in their employ to escalate cases when necessary. Overall, these companies have big official names when they're really just three different debt collectors seeking to collect on the same debt. This can not be legal.
