I, XXXX XXXX, consumer, and natural person, am aware of all rights I have, and which are protected by The Congress under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Equifax has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. As a reporting agency that has assumed the role of assembling and reporting information on consumers such as myself, the FCRA requires that is done so in a manner that is fair and equitable. Equifax has failed to do this. In XXXX and XXXX of XXXX I mailed letters to this asking for validation of several accounts on my credit report and I was ignored. These accounts must be removed immediately as they have damaged my character and are hindering my ability to provide for my family.
