I am trying to dispute three unauthorized charges on my credit card done by XXXX tourist department on XXXX. The card charged was my Navy federal credit union XXXX card. After I found out that there were XXXX separate charges on my card, I contacted Navy Federal Credit Union right away. I was really expecting them to investigate and reverse the charges but instead they asked me receipts or any documents. Since I didn't authorize the charges, obviously I do not have any receipts nor documentation. Now I don't even know what to do with charges on my card showing total of {$460.00}.
